How to deposit funds into your account
Wubur allows you to deposit funds into your account in order to have your invoices be paid from your available credit balance. Many times customers like to add 2 - 3 hundred dollars so any incidental invoices that need to be paid will just be pulled from your available credit balance. you can view your available credit balance from your home page, or by clicking here. Additionally, you can see your available balance and deposit funds from any of the pages within your my.wubur.com dashboard.
How to make a deposit
Subsequent invoices that are generated by your project manager will not automatically be paid via available credits. you must request that an invoice be paid with available credit. Additionally, you can navigate to "invoice" across the top of your page, and when you go to pay an invoice, it will ask if you would like to use your available credit balance. simply select this option and your invoice will be paid with your balance.
If you wish to have a more hands-off approach, you can ask your project manager to apply credits to an open invoice if you have one that's opened.
Credits that exist on your account can be cashed out at any time by requesting that they are deposited into your bank or PayPal from your project manager. Credits that exist in your account must stay in your account for at least 30 days before they can be paid back to you. This is to avoid potential fraud that we've encountered in the past with people using credit cards that don't belong to them, make a deposit, request a cash-out, then the owner of the card doing a chargeback.
If you have any additional questions about credits and deposits, reach out to your project manager and they can assist you with this.
