Development Notes

The wubur portal was presenting issues with tasks lists that were extremely long and making it hard to navigate the page. We've also been notified that it's increasingly difficult to find tasks to approve when there are hundreds of tasks to scroll through. 

What's new!

  • When viewing tasks from your project dashboard, the boxes with the titles of each task topic have been shrunk. The tasks will scroll inside the box they were in previously, and only display 4 - 5 tasks in any given category. the categories were previously matching the size of the largest category before, causing a very unpleasant experience when trying to find tasks to approve. 
    • NOTE: The boxes the tasks are in will now be scrollable themselves. What you see on screen does not dictate the total number of tasks on your project. 
  • Wubur now provides a list of tasks that are requiring your attention when you first log in. Previously you needed to log in, go to projects > click on project name > click on tasks, and be notified of any tasks. Now you can get directly to the page full of tasks waiting for your approval. 
  • Various wording changes to our email templates that go out to clients. noticed some small grammatical errors.
  • Invoices will be sent out when the invoice is generated rather than after it becomes due. 
  • Late fees are auto-assigned after an invoice has been past due for more than three days. 
    • Previously human intervention forced a late fee on an invoice.
