When is my invoice due?
All invoices are provided with a due date. Wubur allows a 5 day grace period before we begin assessing a late fee. Once you log into your portal, you can simply check your main dashboard (the home screen), or, click " invoices " from the top navigation bar.
Any open tasks that are left open while an invoice is a past due, they will not be completed. In some cases, you can use the live chat, open a ticket, or give us a call to request an extension.
