Can I deposit funds into my account, and invoices pull from this amount?
Yes. In order to have access to be able to open tasks on your own (without it being apart of a project you have open with us), you must have a balance in your account. You can add funds to your account by clicking here.
Once funds have been added to your account, you can request that your project be started by opening a support ticket from here.
Additionally, you can contact your dedicated support agent via phone, email, or text.
If you have a project that is not billed per hour, and you do not create your own tasks, you can also make a deposit of up to 1000 dollars into your account. Any invoices would pull from this at the normal time.
If your payment is on a subscription (hosting, maintenance) accounts, then your credit card will be billed, not your credit balance.
If you wish to have your hosting, or maintenance plan pull from your credit balance, then you must have at least 100 dollars in your balance before this can be enabled. you must also open a ticket, and reach out to our support staff to get your account converted.
